Il a été cofinancé par la DAF et par la dotation de Service Public du BRGM. Dans cette première phase, 30 plages sur un total de 173 ont été sélectionnées en fonction d’enjeux environnementaux et humains identifiés. Ces 30 plages ont été classées selon une numérotation mise en place pour ce projet.\r\nLes informations relatives à la morpho-sédimentologie (BRGM), l’écologie, l’ambiance paysagère ainsi que les infrastructures et les usages (DAF) ont été collectées sur le terrain et à partir de sources existantes (DAF, DE). Ces informations ont permis de réaliser les 30 fiches de synthèse de l’atlas (une fiche par plage). Elles se composent d’un commentaire synthétisant les principales informations pour chaque plage et d’une représentation cartographique.
